Title: Research about Transistor and Current Sensor
Objectives
- Improve the efficiency of relay tripping by finding the suitable transistor
- Research about the functionality of the current sensor to improve protection for overcurrent
- Understanding the transistor and current datasheet
Method
- the possible transistor model for the relay driver is classified. The short listed transistor that have potential to be used is from model S9013 and BC547. Both transistor is a NPN transistor.
- The datasheet about the transistor is reviewed.
- Read the datasheet of the current sensor
Conclusion
The model that will be used in the circuit is decided. The model is BC547 since its provide more stability for the relay tripping. The principle of the current sensor is understood. So it will help in the setting for the over current protection.
