Final Year Project 2017

Title : Final Assembly of the Project  Objectives: 1. Complete the final assembly of the project before going to industrial day 2. To make sure everything related to the project function and follow the plan Method: 1. Assemble all the circuit and place into the casing while arranged them neatly 2. Test the circuit to make sure it function as we want. Project Fully Assembled Project Fully Assembled and Labeled Conclusion: After the circuit is fully assemble, the circuit is tested. The circuit is function as intended.

Title: Fourth Briefing for FYP 2 Semester July 2017 On 20 October 2017, i have attended the third Final Year Project 2 Briefing. The briefing is held at TTL from 3 to 5 pm. The briefing is presented by Dr Siti Marwangi and Dr Kanendra Naidu Vijyakumar. Title: Finalize the Arrangement  and Shape of the Product Objectives: 1. Provide full arrangement of circuit in order to transform it to final product 2. Find the suitable casing for the product 3. Design the label of the product Method: 1. The circuit is arranged so that the flow of the circuit is easy to understand. It also can help to make  the product more organize and neat. 2. The size and shape of the casing is classified. The shape and size of the casing is follow according to the total space needed for the circuit to fit in the casing. 3. The casing is labeled according to the function of the project. The image of the casing Conclusion: The size and shape of the casing is found. The casing is suitable and the circuit is can full fit into the case as the circuit is fully arranged.

Title: PCB Fabrication and Drilling Objectives - To transform the circuit from PCB design to Printed Circuit Board - To allow the component to be solder on the board -To build the circuit using trace of the copper on the copper plate - To hold the components in the single unit of the circuit Method In this week, i started to fabricate the PCB by using simple method. The method that  I use is a "diy" method. It means it is not involved fabrication machine. I use the Laser Printer to print the circuit on the PCB transfer paper. Then,  i ironed the printed side of the transfer paper to the copper plate. After ironing is completed. I dissolved the copper plate in the Iron Chloride solution to remove the unwanted copper. Title: Third FYP 2 Briefing In the week 9 of semester July, the FYP 2 committee conduct the third FYP 2 briefing. The briefing is start at 3-5 pm on wednesday. Below is the detail about the briefing. I have attended this briefing that presented by Dr Siti Marwangi,and Mrs Pusparini.
